Emanuel Gal / CEO

As the CEO of Brainient, Emi is currently in charge with the company's sales, marketing and business development efforts, from our London HQ.

The 23 year old founder of Brainient started his first business when he was 18 and he's been doing it ever since. Some of the startups Emi's been involved with are: Skimbit / Skimlinks, eOk (Romania), BrainTV (Romania), ihireyou (UK).

Emi is also a speaker and lecturer at various entrepreneurship and internet events, and has a strong interest in reinventing education.

On his blog, he says he wants to change the world. We believe he will.

Andrei Baragan / CTO

As CTO, Andrei is responsible for growing and maintaining Brainient's research and development team, fostering excellence in both execution and innovation.

Andrei is also in charge of Brainient’s full range of technologies and products, as well as partnering with key technology providers that can bring more value to the company's customers.

Misha Plesco / Senior Developer

 

Misha is our senior developer & web architect at Brainient, and trust my word he can handle any web server & application out there. You don't even have to tell him the server's IP, he'll manage.

He speaks Romanian with the brainients, English with our partners, reads Dostoievsky in Russian and codes directly in Assembly Language. When he doesn't speak all those languages, he rafts across Romanian mountains. We think it won't be long until we'll all see him take on Everest or K2.

Ana Todica / Flash Developer

Ana is Brainient's Flash developer. She's the one responsible for every Flash based piece of technology you find in our products, from Veevid's video players to LayeredBrain's video editor and interactivity system. She loves object oriented programming and the challenges of the ever changing web environment.

When she's not coding for Brainient, she likes to travel around the world and especially enjoys visiting historical and natural monuments. Her dream is to reach the far corners of the Earth, whatever that means :).

Mihai Sava / UI & Graphic Designer

  

Mihai is the youngest brainient, so we always pick on him. He's a Photoshop & Illustrator guru, and is the one guilty for our design and creative stuff. He's pretty good at it, as you can see.

He insisted to write his own text for this description, so here's what he came up with:

"Brainient is my favorite company in the world, and I'm happy to be lucky enough to be working here. If Brainient didn't exist, I'd invent it, so I guess that gives you an idea of how much I love my job. I also think that Brainient is one of the 7 wonders of my life (I had to say this, the company bought me a Mac). Can't tell you what the other 6 wonders are unless you're a hot blonde girl ;-)."

Cristina Pop / Business Operations

   

Cristina's in charge with the day-to-day business operations, as well as our administrative & financial stuff. She makes sure we get the most bang for the buck, whether it's investing in tech infrastructure or buying toilet paper.

She's smart, pretty, detail-oriented and loves being busy.
